Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump
Eradicates Anti-Christian Bias
ERADICATING ANTI-CHRISTIAN BIAS: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order establishing a task force to end the anti-Christian weaponization of government and unlawful conduct targeting Christians.
The task force, officially known as the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, will be comprised of members of President Trump’s cabinet and key government agencies.
The task force will review the activities of all departments and agencies to identify and eliminate anti-Christian policies, practices, or conduct.
The task force will gather input from various stakeholders to ensure broad perspectives are considered, including faith-based organizations, State, local, and Tribal governments, and Americans affected by anti-Christian conduct.
It will identify and address gaps in laws and enforcement that have contributed to anti-Christian conduct, including by remedying any failures to fully enforce the law against acts of anti-Christian hostility, vandalism, and violence.
The task force will recommend further presidential or legislative actions necessary to rectify past wrongs and protect Americans’ religious liberties.
The task force will submit an annual report on its progress, with a final report upon its conclusion.
PROTECTING AMERICANS’ RELIGIOUS FREEDOM: The previous Administration engaged in an egregious pattern of targeting peaceful Christians while ignoring violent, anti-Christian offenses. President Trump will not tolerate this abuse of government and is taking action to ensure that any unlawful and improper anti-Christian conduct, policies or practices are identified, terminated, and rectified.
The United States Constitution enshrines the fundamental right to religious liberty in the First Amendment.
The Biden Department of Justice brought felony charges and obtained multi-year prison sentences against nearly two dozen pro-life Christians for praying and peacefully demonstrating outside abortion facilities.
(-10 people had charges brought against them in the Lock and Block of a Washington D.C. clinic. They organized from 6 different states, knowing they would be violating the FACE act as many had been charged and jailed in the past for the same action at various abortion clinics across the country. They are not a victim, they knew what they were doing and the risk involved for the beliefs in their cause.
-Another individual found guilty, threatened and used force against patients at a NYC clinic, crushing a nurses hand in a door, with a record of violations in multiple states, shouted that she’d go to jail before letting patients enter the facility for an abortion and that she was “not afraid to get arrested.” Very aware what she was doing and the consequences she would be facing.
-Another individual was charged with organizing a blockade in Tennessee, preventing patients from accessing care, the "peaceful" protest involved yelling at women outside clinic that they were killers, the group knew they would be violating the FACE act and could go to jail. This individual had organized multiple blockades. It would seem that only Christians choose to carry out these extreme actions against clinics so there is not a comparison for other religions not being treated equally under the law)
The Biden Department of Justice ignored hundreds of attacks on Catholic churches, charities, and pro-life centers. Biden Administration created the Protecting Places of Worship Interagency Policy Committee. The committee coordinated efforts to protect places of worship. The Biden administration also re-established a Faith-Based Security Advisory Council to advise the Department of Homeland Security, and it expanded a program to issue security-related grants to nonprofit organizations including houses of worship.
In 2023, a Federal Bureau of Investigation memo asserted that traditional Catholics were domestic-terrorism threats and suggested infiltrating Catholic churches as “threat mitigation.” (The FBI was surveilling one, only one individual who "described himself in his social media profile as “Fascist and Catholic” and a “radical-traditional (rad-trad) Catholic clerical fascist." and made made online statements advocating civil war and the murder of politicians."
The Biden Department of Education sought to repeal religious-liberty protections for faith-based organizations on college campuses. “Rescinding the harmful Trump rule means students won’t be forced to subsidize clubs that discriminate against them,” Americans United president Rachel Laser said in a statement. “It also means colleges won’t be forced to choose between protecting students and losing federal funding, or allowing discrimination against students in order to keep federal financial assistance.”
The Biden Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sought to force Christians to affirm radical transgender ideology against their faith. (Bided tried to pass the Equality Act prohibits discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity in areas including public accommodations and facilities. The act did not pass in the Senate)
The Biden Department of Health and Human Services sought to drive Christians out of the foster-care system. (The Biden rule for foster care do not mention religion but would require prospective foster parents to “establish an environment free of hostility, mistreatment, or abuse based on the child’s LGBTQI+ status.” The Government cannot and should not place a child in a foster care situation where they would be abused for ANY reason).
In 2024, the Biden Administration declared Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.” The Biden Administration first declared this on March 31, 2021, which was not Easter Sunday. Easter Sunday falls on a different Sunday every year based on the Paschal Full Moon. The next time March 31st will fall on Easter Sunday is the year 2086. Christians in the US will not be forced to share Transgender Day of Visibility with Easter Sunday for another 50 years. Transgender Day of Visibility has been celebrated around the world since 2009.
STANDING UP FOR RELIGIOUS LIBERTY: President Donald J. Trump is committed to protecting Americans’ fundamental right to religious freedom. "If Trump really cared about religious freedom and ending religious persecution, he’d be addressing antisemitism in his inner circle, anti-Muslim bigotry, hate crimes against people of color and other religious minorities, but instead, he’s abolishing federal programs and protections that address those wrongs. This task force is not a response to Christian persecution; it’s an attempt to make America into an ultra-conservative Christian Nationalist nation." - American United for Separation of Church and State
On his fourth day in office, President Trump pardoned the Christians and pro-life (extremist) activists who were persecuted (given due process) by the Biden Administration for praying and peacefully (threatening nurses, patients and blocking abortion clinics) living out their faith.
Last week, President Trump signed an Executive Order to combat anti-Semitism on our campuses and in our streets.
President Trump: “I will create a new federal task force on fighting anti-Christian bias. That’ll be done immediately.” The "task force" is made up of the heads of departments closest and most loyal to him.
This Executive Order also builds on the long list of accomplishments from the first Trump Administration:
During his first year in office, President Trump signed an Executive Order upholding religious liberty and the right to engage in religious speech. (Very much so already and undisputed in our constitution)
President Trump signed an Executive Order recognizing the essential contributions of faith-based organizations and establishing the Faith and Opportunity Initiative. In 2001 Bush created The White House Faith-Based and Community Initiative with the purpose to “lead a determined attack on poverty, disease, and other social ills in partnership with faith-based and other community organizations". Obama continued the initiative under as The White House Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership. Trump left this program dormant for the first 18mo of his first term, re-establishing the program in 2018 with Paula White a millionaire televangelist as its head.
President Trump reversed the Obama-era policy that prevented the government from providing disaster relief to religious organizations. There has been a long standing policy for the government to not fund religious organizations, pre Obama, going back to the founding fathers. However, under Obama at least $140 million in stimulus money went to faith-based groups.
President Trump hosted a Global Call to Protect Religious Freedom event at the United Nations (September 2019) and called on the international community and business lead, he made the statement “Today, with one clear voice, the United States of America calls upon the nations of the world to end religious persecution, to stop the crimes against people of faith, release prisoners of conscience, repeal laws restricting freedom of religion and belief, protect the vulnerable, the defenseless, and the oppressed.” Beautiful words said in 2019, currently in 2025 America is not protecting the vulnerable, the defenseless and the oppressed. The vulnerable are migrants fleeing natural disaster and oppression that are being treated with cruel recklessness, sent with no due process to foreign prisons, held for great lengths in detention centers treated worse than some of our common criminals. The vulnerable are the transgender community who are under repeated attacks despite only wanting to exist. The defenseless are children who are now forced in front of judges for deportation hearings with no parent or legal representation by their side. In Donald Trumps words of 2019, we as Americans could be so much better.
